MOT Collection & Delivery Service in Northampton.
We are comprehensively insured to drive your vehicle and can collect it from your home or work place at a time that is convenient for you and take it to an independent MOT station on you behalf.
Once your vehicle has been tested we can then return it to you with your MOT certificate or failure sheet.
If your car fails it’s MOT, we can advise you and provide a quotation for the necessary repairs.
You can also arrange to have the vehicle repaired yourself if you wish and we will arrange the free retest for you.
Provided the vehicle is retested within 7 days, you will not be required to pay a retest fee.
This is a very popular service so please book in advance prior to the MOT expiry date.
To save on stress running around at the last minute, MOT tests can be taken up to 1 month early (prior to the expiry date), The mot station will allow for this and you will still keep your original pass/expiry date.
The current MOT fee is £54.85 for Cars up to 8 passenger seats.
Although we do specialise in French vehicles we can service, repair and MOT other makes and models.
Did you know….?
Since 1st April 2012, if your car has any illuminated warning lights, whether it is the airbag, seatbelt, ESP, SRS, ABS or any other lights, IT WILL FAIL THE MOT.
Now drivers will also no longer be able to simply remove the bulbs, as all warning lights will have to be shown illuminated when the ignition is turned on, and go out once the vehicle has started.
If you have any warning lights on your Citroen, Peugeot or Renault dashboard, we can perform a Code read & reset to help pin point the fault.
